Drop off will begin at 8:30 am
9:00 - 9:30 | Jog, stretch, form run and throw
9:30 - 10:30 | Drills
10:30 - 10:45 | Break
10:45 - 12:00 | Drills
12:00 - 1:00 | Lunch
1:00 - 2:00 | Swim
2:00 - 4:00 | Team Games
